The glass led bulbs are only lasting 1/2 LED projected lifetime,...why? Heat! Silicon doesn't like getting warm.Even though the light is cooler than flourescent. Even the aluminum on these bulbs are not green! So, you can get strip lighting cheap and do it yourself online,...those are our old designs of a strip package that was stolen from us, we made a cooler chip and those are now obsolete, hahaah. Now a two foot, waterproof strip will cost $90 but carries 20 year, 100,000 hour warranty. They only draw 5.5 watts so each light will pay for itself in two-three years just off energy savings alone. You can even get controller and change colors of your lamps. Otherwise strip lighting with adhesive backing is alot of work but worth it in the end. We are developing a tape with led in it that will drive the price lower. Also, Solar units save you even more money and pay for themselves in one to two years, driving purely LED lighting with solar panels. 623-670-6340 Jarrett

That's all fine and dandy. I won't buy mercury bulbs anymore! But those LED lights are expensive. 49.00 one bulb! Where does one get them cheap?
