The history and possible future of the United States imprisoning its own citizens in time of war and civil unrest. This began with the Japanese internment camps and then Rex 84 (Readiness Exercise 1984) and has spiraled into something completely different. There are those that believe FEMA camps which have been proven to exist; mandated in H.R. 645 22 Jan 2009 will be used to imprison those who are considered a threat to the government. Possibly for the comming civil unrest when the dollar collapses?
