People have seen Circles forming in the sky similar to the norway spiral twice in December in Russia.Could this be more testing of Haarp And Project Bluebeam causing some type of portal or stargate to open or is it just a spotlight?

Lolz. i live in the mountans 60 miles from any city. ive seen many strange things right above my house. and a few that looks like the spiral videos ive seen here. spotlight maybe this one. but there is no chance of spotlights over my house. not saying usfos but there is something going on for sure.
