Industry cannot afford to be ethical. None of us can in a monetary system. Everyone of us is forced to chisel off one another to provide for our families. Ethics, human concern, honesty, interest in well being of others are all fantasy in the current established society.
In a resource based economy human concern would be a priority, along with relevant education and the intelligent management of the earths resources. Profit, salesmen and all the other jobs that involve advertising in industry, gone forever!
