The tunnel runs under a river and what you are seeing is the result of occasional winter leaks :)

Funny and very disturbing how in every one of those accidents they just go around the crash as if t say oh look it's another crash i liked yesterdays crash better it was more dramatic:) nobody even bothers t get out and run t help them...Guess it happens over thr every day:) Speed bumps!!?Yeah as if you guys think they should fly next:( yea how about we put in traffic lights instead of speed bumps... Set up some barricades where you have t go around them like the military uses when they set up a check point... Umm i don't normally like t call people names but Whoever built and designed this tunnel is a complete idiot

I wouldn't normally advocate them, but i think that's probably a good place to put a speed camera!
