Cannabis Hemp Seeds

The price of hemp seeds today is criminal. Pastuerization destroys nutrients. The outer shell of the hemp seed that is removed, contains more fibre and nutrients. Needing a license to grow this plant, is ridiculous. Why would a grown adult ask a child, for permission to grow the most nutritional seed on the planet?

From what I understand it took a very long time to get the THC out of the hemp strain. I can not say with certainty how much THC is reduced when the female is pollenated.
