So the Dulce secret base story emerges again! Im an a skeptic about ufo phenomena, yet, Phill Schneider beleived what he was saying, you could see his eyes his manerisms, the way he speaks and he beleives what he is saying about this secret base. This story is the most interesting of them all in my opinion, its an enigma wraped in another enigma.
