Its fake, UFO's dont land and stay landed. At least not without alot of witnesses. I'm going with with what the guy in the video said... its a large kite. Possibly the work of some college students project. Wouldn't be the first time a school project made news. It also had Kite like movements like it was effected by the wind.

Nice Video. If you ever get to video this again, set your video to Infinite and you won't have the blurry problem. I keep mine set on Infinite, just in case. The auto-focus features really do suck at night.
