    I noticed that the time was just a couple hours after the 9.0 Earthquake in Japan, perhaps it was the Angel of death returning from it's mission. Or maybe an Alien craft passing as it hurries to view the death that has been unleashed on the coast of northern Japan.

    well, whatever it was seems to be translucent in the 17.1nm UV range @1:07. it's blocking the 19.5-28.5nm UV but allowing the 17.1nm UV in the same image. might be allowing xrays through also (the redspots in the image). I know that shot is a composite, but not exactly which wavelengths are included other than 17.1-28.5nm.

    Doesn't look like anything eclipsing it at all. Looks more to me like a shutter, filter or some kind of lens cleaning device sweeping across the lens and then back again.
