Michigan passed 'financial martial law.' The government is never going to come out and announced official "martial law"; rather, it is the suspension of ordinary, civil law under the pretext of emergency, whatever that pretext may be. Martial law is rule without regard to the Constitution, Bill of Rights and due process.

Mr Joan's has been banging on about this for a long time now! when is it ever going to happen? But i suppose he will be making money the longer it go's on! and tel us something we don't know about governments mate.we all know the world has been run by greedy fat bankers and this global elite for years! when will the people do something about it though?
