Tonight (3-19-2011) was a perigee full moon. Several interesting things occurred. The moon looked like Jupiter for a few seconds due to clouds rolling by, an airplane crossed close through the center of the moon and a US military radar imaging satellite (Lacrosse 2) crossing. Interesting night.
Meade 80 MM APO with a 0.5 focal reducer and DMK41.
