    Yep, it's the effect you get when zooming in on a star. There is a star in the eastern sky I think, that flickers different colours. This is what she is filming.

    that was a star , the only thing that moved was the camera. It didnt zoom off , and im not familiar w/ ufo's poseing as stars :)
