A bunch of people received letters in the mail saying that al-qaeda has planted nuclear bombs all around the country and will detonate them in concert in a vast suicide mission.

The FBI was called in and they determined that the incoherence in the letters means it is a hoax.

Well, doesn’t that mean that Obama’s foreign policy is a hoax, too? It’s pretty incoherent.
