The part of the Beach I was standing on was directly above a under water rocky terrace/cliff's; so I think, this amplified the sounds!? The red globe would have been a operating light on the DECK or roof of the hovercraft.((strange should have more than 1 light!))I did not actually see the craft because it was WAY-to Dark! - Would a ELECTROMAGNETIC HoverCraft produce the same kind of Resonance??????
