ABC NEWS: Japans Plutonium Leaking and Spreading

Japan needs to start encasing and entombing that entire plant as soon as possible, and Im pretty sure that its worse than chernobyl so im thinking that the area of about 100 miles around that plant will be inhabitable for the next several thousands of years the japanese should seriously think about an exodus or maybe moving the population of the country to other regions. But its critical that they get it sealed Thousands of years of leaking into the ocean is really bad. My question is , if the cloud of fallout covers the ice packs , they start melting alot faster right? Take care Deuem...
