Sony's popular PlayStation Network is still down, five days after it was hacked.

It has become a major embarrassment for the gaming giant, with no word yet from Sony on when it will be back online.

The Network, for Playstation 3 consoles, is used by about 70 million people worldwide.

John Biggs is the editor-in-chief of CrunchGear, a blog about gadgets, games, and tech culture. He says the online attack happened after some of Sony's network passwords were leaked.

Bingo :) It is getting too easy to see the schemes these days, they gotta replace their think tank and start coming up with better ways to fool us. Great comment PBT

this is just an exuse so they can bring out the ps4 and rake the cash in again. and they will say it's unhackable until some snot faced chinese kid takes a shit on it. then because of the cost of these so called hack's when the ps4 is about to come out they will charge annualy for the network privalage
