Cool vid! Ya I actually live in Tempe,AZ my self. I think I might have an explanation for ya. For a while now Ive noticed Almost every Friday and Saturday people will be testing and launching miniature Rockets all day long. Now they're called miniature but there really not! They use the G-Class engines witch can ether be in a 2 stage or 1 stage setup. I was told they almost go into space sometimes. Also look for Miniature Jets and Helicopters as well!
