Pause at 00:23 you will see it for what it is! its a large sort of k9 or hyena with the back end ripped off! you can see its spinal column sticking out and hanging down which looks like a tail.

the bones don't look avian at all. Flying dinosaur and bird bones are not so solid and the skeletal structure doesn't look right either (those appendages don't look anything like wings). This has to be a mammal and as said the teeth look canine. The legs look canine as well. I wonder if the smugglers knew thy had a dog corpse?

Rigth on Monk,anyone's whit a dog at home can check their dog's dentition and see it's exactly the same,but i'm sure it's not a hoax,this is the very rare iranian birdog,lol.

That is not a dinosaur...its some kind of canid, perhaps a jackle or just a dog. Not a dinosaur at all...
