These lights are coming from power transformers along the electrical lines as they explode. It happened Tuesday,May 10th 2011. What makes this weird are the lights that can be seen in the sky as the explosions occur. The official explanation was that lightening hit one transformer causing a chain reaction, about 4,000 were without power that night.
