A broken iPod found in a public bathroom led the police to this man's front door. The police did not bring a warrant to the home. They were stalking the family, trying to get into locked doors and peering into windows. Testa asked repeatedly to see a warrant, but the police could not produce one.

    This almost looks staged. The police obvioulsy knew the camera was running but they didn't stop the filming?
