UFOs Tonite with host Don Ecker and guest Budd Hopkins. I shot his interview back in the late 1980's or early 1990's at a ufo convention in the Los Angeles area. Don was (at that time) still doing his radio show "UFOs Tonite" on the Cable Radio Network each Saturday night. He and his wife Vicki "Ecker" Cooper were running UFO Magazine. That's how I met them. I showed them a photo that my father had taken from the cockpit of a WWII bomber of a UFO in the vicinity of Lake Michigan prior to the 1947 Roswell incident. They published the photo, and we became friends. Budd Hopkins is a well-known artist, and world-renowned author on the subject of alien abduction. His books, such as " Missing Time " and "Intruders" (which was made into a movie) are still widely read by devotees of the subjects of ufology and abduction. Hopkins had his own close encounter back in 1964 when he and two friends saw a UFO in broad daylight. Following that incident, he became interest in the subject. He eventually became a very prominent advocate for abductees, having personally investigated many cases through the use of hypnosis.
Well that's it for now. As Don would say, "Keep Your Eyes To The Skies." By the way, Don has a new internet-based radio show. Be sure to check out darkmattersradio.com
