The SERIOUS research into subliminals places no doubt into the effectiveness of them as regards influencing. The KEY word is influence, NLP and other standard communication protocols clearly demonstrate that influence is often non-verbal or a combination of things arranged to create the desired results.The Media, Government and Religion are the big three supported by advertising that trys desperately to manipulate the general public to achieve the desired results, Viewership-Votes-Members-How exactly this is accomplished is a trade secret that makes the Silk Road conspiracy to conceal the true origin of Silk look like a half- hearted attempt to monopolize wealth.Believe what the "pros' here are saying or resign yourself to being a pawn in a neo corporate, Facist dictatorship. Get involved, learn and realise that SUBLIMINALS influence, YOU decide how to respond subconciously. protect yourself, never think they are "far too weak to make a difference."The post I read are actually a tiny component to a long term program placed into effect to divert and control those who begin to wonder, "Who IS behind the curtain..."Yes it is complex and high school graduates working at sandwich shops are probaby not your best source on this. Get busy and see for your self what and how is being promoted via the web, TV and general media.Specific goals are designed, implemented and distributed on an hourly basis. Dosing a media site with many repetitions merely shows that they are aware of the effect of having several sources all interacting on the subconcious level. This also works between web sites, movies and networks.We are Psychologists and programmers and have done laboratory work with double blind tests and I assure the reader here that writing a research paper is a small step to knowledge.Subliminals can be horrifying, disturbing and relaxing. it\'s too bad subliminals are far too weak to make a difference, and the range of thought-patterns that arise from subliminal activities is so vast that... well, explains the reason CNN or Fox has to use THAT MUCH subliminals all interacting at the same time, just for a small result :D But honestly, these subliminals are useless... trust me, I\'m a psychologist and did a lot of research papers on em... that and I attempted many experiments of subliminal mind-control with a high failure rate :P but they are fun regardless.
