    The object/objects have no point of reference, they are accompanied with no information thus meaningless. Toilet paper has more worth, as it has a use.

    For starters, it can't be labeled as a machine, if it doesn't actually do something. It is something floating out in space?, possibly debris, and could be anything. Giving us more information would be helpful.
