Wobbling Disc fly-by

You might notice in this clip it took me a while to react, I was watching the sky at this point and thinking it's a dandelion seed or similar, it seemed that close, but it did sort of unnaturally glide, slow and speed up, quite surreal, so eventually tried to follow.
Impossible to say size, distance, but feeling a bit unnerved by this. some sort of surveillance drone(ours)? it did seem
to follow the line of houses, looking for me?...getting paranoid now.
