    If that were a balloon, the strength of the wind would cause more irratic movement? questionable imo but very interesting. thanks.

    In the late 40-ties whole US were put on alert becouse "small airborne saucers - fllying platers, about 1/2 m wide - seflfpropelled, etc. often ended in someones backyard, even rooftop... In declasified UFO files from FBI, there are whole bunch of such raports (many of them adressed to J.E.Hoover personaly). My first toth, after few seconds of this video goes to those home-made UFOs. But on the other hand, there was one particular video from Israel, year, or two back, with something looking like flying cupboard, huge cupboard, totaly anti-flying in shape but filmed several times (in evening and early mornig I think) high above - apart from it's unspeakable shape object has vivid colours, close to this one.
