Last night a Mexican national was executed in the state of Texas. Even though President Obama called to spare the man's life, Texas governor Rick Perry wouldn't listen and went ahead with the execution. He said that Humberto Leal Garcia, a convicted rapist and murderer, deserved to die, despite the White House's claims that it was in breach of an international ruling governing the treatment of foreigners.RT's contributor Wayne Madsen shares his opinion on the matter.
