Read the description. Dude was carrying unconcealed (holstered tough)firearm in public. I think the cop was well in his right s to go and ask about it. It was not a search, he only cheked the firearm. BTW does it seem like the dude who made this video was carrying openly just to get the cops to stop him so he could make a video?

While the officer was polite - POLICE STATE -SOFT FASCISM!! if you have a right to carry arms. then what was the lawful reason for the officer even making contact with the guy just walking down the street.. It was Still a Search!
