    I don't know what it is,but it's not a natural formation. That is nonsense.

    But would professional treasure hunters investigate further? I'm Sure they have been playing with sonar for a long time.

    Looking at the all the footage it looks simular to a rock formation which has eroded in time, by accident in a circular form. Also seen on land, eroded by wind. In this case probably by ocean currents.
