Qaddafi Flying White Flag When Killed - Wayne Madsen Report 1/2

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show today, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen said his sources in Libya provided information revealing Moammar Gaddafi was set-up in an assassination plot.

Early on October 19, Twitter messages from Gaddafi's hometown of Sirte reported the presence of white flags across the devastated town. Flags were reported at multiple locations in the town, leaving some to believe the rebels were surrendering,

The use of white flags to signal surrender is an ancient tradition going back to the Eastern Han dynasty in China and the Roman Empire. Violating the widely accept convention is considered an act of extreme treachery.

Under both the Geneva and Hague protocols of international humanitarian law, it is forbidden to kill or injure persons hors de combat (outside of combat) and doing so constitutes a major war crime.

Madsen's sources said Gaddafi was told to surrender to the al-Qaeda rebels besieging Sirte before morning prayers at 5 am, but that it was decided to surrender after the sun was well up in the sky so the white flags would be clearly visible.

It also appears likely the arrival of Secretary of State Clinton in Libya may have played into the plot and convinced Gaddafi to surrender.

According to official accounts, however, Gaddafi was attempting to flee Sirte and avoid surrender.

He was wounded in a Predator drone attack and subsequently killed by crossfire, either from the rebels or Gaddafi supporters. Video footage released hours after the attack, however, clearly reveals a seriously wounded Gaddafi abused by a crowd of rebels. A choppy cell phone video then shows the body of the deposed leader.

A NATO rebel fighter later bragged that he had killed Gaddafi.

Both Madsen and Jones said the official cover story does not make sense. If Gaddafi wanted to escape Sirte, why didn't he do it under the over of darkness? It makes little sense to attempt an escape convoy in broad daylight in rebel territory with U.S. predator drones likely on constant patrol.

Madsen's information reveals that Gaddafi was set-up for a double-cross and execution. Dead men, as they say, tell no tales. Gaddafi's cooperation with the globalists, his business deals with the war criminal Tony Blair at the behest of JP Morgan, his talk of nationalizing Libya's oil fields, his close relationship with oil corporations and American politicans like John McCain were all liabilities for the elite and would have been extremely problematic if he had surrendered and faced the ICC at the Hague.

I do have to make a small remark of the way, this gentleman portrays the situation in Belgium. First of all, Belgium wasn't without government for one minute. There was indeed some 500 days no real parliament but Belgium has solved this problem of lack of parliament after elections by introducing a government that runs the ongoing affaires during periods that we have no parliament. I must say that Belgium has proven without a shadow of a doubt, that things run really well without a parliament. Even for a period of almost two years. Belgium has a very well functioning debate culture and in fact a true example of a complex democracy. Indeed, there are two large regions in Belgium. Wallonia and Flemish (Vlaanderen), but Brussels is the third region with just like the other regions, regional authority, independent of the Belgium parliament. It is not only the city Brussels but also 20 or more city regions, like Vilvoorde and Anderlecht. We have a Belgium parliament but also a parliament of Wallonia, Flemish and Brussels as well. And then there is the German region that has its own parliament to, but belongs to Wallonia politically. In Belgium, they make a difference between the language region%u2019s and political regions. Just to show that it is not a simple country, even if it is small. I can say with more conviction than ever that Belgium will not be separated by long. In general, all the people of Belgium belong to the same culture, even if speaking different languages. When Julius Caesar invaded western Europe, he wrote. From all the Galliers (Western-Europe) the Belgians where the bravest. And indeed, Two leaders of the Belgian tribes resisted the Roman army together. Ambiorix ( Flemish) and Vercingetorix (Wallonia). They fought together. So both regions have a common history that goes way back and will never be destroyed by separatists. The people of Wallonia (French speaking) don%u2019t want to belong to France, nor does the Flemish (Duch speaking) want to belong to the Netherlands, not in a thousand years. I can tell you that. And that would exactly happen when Belgium would fall apart. Neither one of the regions wants this to happen. Second, Belgium has the capital of Europe. Brussels. In a way, Belgium is one big capital of Europe. Do you think the Belgium people are so stupid that they want to give this treasure away to one of their large neighbor countries. Not in a lifetime will they do that. The extremists of Belgium (on both sides) are losing the grip they had on the political landscape. They had their time, they lost. Don%u2019t underestimate the president of Europe Mister Van Rompuy. He had a long career in Belgium. He himself is a master in Zen Poetry, and had his education by the Jesuits just like Van Miert. He is not a man of much words but exact in analyzing situations. If he is a good leader, history will tell, but he is not corrupt. He is a professional politician studied economics, speaks four languages and very humble. Maybe he hasn%u2019t the looks but he surely has the brains. During the founding of the USA, there were 12 successive semi presidents, chairman of the USA, and the 13the was the first real president. This is an old tradition in creating larger regions. In the same way, there are 12 Illuminati family%u2019s in the banking industry. Every family has again 12 most important members of that family. What we see now in the world of finances is a war to win the big apple, planet Earth. In other words, the power over the one World currency. As the pope has just today approved this idea for one world currency, it is just a matter of time before we know who the winner is. Will the players involved play it dirty! Well what do you think. Will the most powerful players win or the players with the most brains. Everybody knows who the most powerful are. But who has the most brains?
