Unfair Welfare: UK to turn into migrant paradise?

A new conflict's erupted between Britain and the EU - this time, over the UK's treatment of so called 'benefit tourists.' Brussels has given London an ultimatum to relax benefit laws - saying the country must dole out handouts to anyone who asks for them.
