People being harassed, tazed and choked. after the camera was lowered a girl was also elbowed in the cheek. This is just another incident where cops go way too far. I know many of the people in this video. Was shot outside of Bourbon Street Bar on 2nd Street in Harrisburg, PA. Peoples cars were also damaged from the cops.
