This says, "5NWO Corporate Cops". Are these cops from a private security company? If not, then this guy is just being a pain in the ass. If he believes the police are acting by the "color of law" and are, indeed, violating his civil rights, he still isn't allowed to do anything other than sue the police department and request an FBI investigation. In most states, arrests can be made for any purpose (or no purpose) and the arrestee can be detained - even if he isn't in violation of any law. This is done specifically to avoid police liability for every action taken. In other words, if the person is arrested and released, and the reason for the arrest is found to be invalid, the arrestee can't use the arrest as a basis for a "kidnapping" or "human trafficking" charge. All evidence gathered or confessed is usually inadmissible. If, however, he's arrested, held in custody for a time, then released, he would have a very good basis for suing the police (or local government). He'd probably lose the case unless he was beaten or his community reputation was severely injured, or something like that occurred. Even Rodney King wasn't able to sue the police for a wrongful arrest...only the specific acts of abuse (negligence) during the course of the arrest. That is the way the laws are written, like it or not. His argument is a little like Wesley Snipes refusing to pay "illegal" income taxes...he may have a point, but he didn't follow generally accepted channels for protest, and ended up in jail. And his citizenship argument is absurd.

Ha! That is very ignorant on your part. He didn't like someone kidnapping his son under the color of law (learn what that means). The guy knew his rights, the cops don't. They only know PROCEDURE, not law and rights. The cops didn't witness a breach of the peace yet they detained the underage boy. I saw a dad ready to whip some ass to protect his son. Kudos for him for schooling those worthless pirates.

Lets 'cut to the chase' here, this isn't about the Officers kidnapping his son! He simply does not like 'White Folk' or non- Muslims. If the attitude of the Cops is Bad? then his attitude/outlook is far worse. Having said that, recent Western input in 'Islamic lands' could give him justification for resentment.

I must say, i agree with him .. And damn, respekt! I wish i would dare to do that .. - However, he talks about the cops not beeing from the original america or whatever .. and that is true, they are from europe .. But he also says my country, he is not from america either, hes from africa.. A black man .. The indians deserve and own the lands, none of you .. you are angry and go at it with eachother .. you should find your genes, your lands.. go home and make the world you find best ...
