Offcourse you can see stars during twilight!By the way, are we talking Civil Twilight, Nautical Twilight or Astronomical Twilight?Do you know exactly at what time this film was made?Neither do i,but i can see the sun i just about to set, and i know, as every stargazers would, that you can see stars during twilight. And the reason they look to be stationary, is because they are, almost, they are moving very slowly as the earth rotates, just as stars are supposed to.

Not stars due to the twilight.Only planets are visible in these light conditions. They look to be staionary which is unusal.A closer zoom would have been useful.

This is filmed in Ireland in the late afternoon towards North and those are 3 of the stars in the constellation the big dipper, they are from left to right, Alkaid, Mizar and Alioth, the rest of the big dipper is obscured by the clouds.
