South Central Texas .. and Jacksonville Florida south to Orlando -- watch those areas for POSSIBLE severe weather . Haven't seen too many of these particular RADAR frequency spikes --- not the typical "HAARP ring" that I normally report on. Don't know what (if anything) to expect from these particular events.
