Ruslan Brovkin mentally sick man. Several times he was in mental hospitals. He suffers from delusions of persecution and ill alcoholism. He never leaves the house. All video hosting are littered by his video. Every day, he published dozens of videos taken from the window of his apartment.

All three of these videos are good. This one shows some impressive performance with no evident sound from the object. I've said it before, and I'lle say it again. The Russians have the best UFO's. Keep in mimd that this could be radio control models with LEDs. The fact they seem to be "staying around" is suspect.
