RTAmerica--Mar 12, 2012--This year was kicked off with a highly controversial bill: the National Defense Authorization Act. Recently a group of individuals filed a lawsuit against the new law to challenge it, and one of the plaintiffs is Chris Hedges, columnist for TruthDig. Hedges joins us to explain why he felt it necessary to file a lawsuit.
