==================================This morning, Jan. 23rd around 0359 UT, big sunspot 1402 erupted, producing a long-duration M9-class solar flare. The explosion's M9-ranking puts it on the threshold of being an X-flare, the most powerful kind. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured the flare's extreme ultraviolet flash:==================================http://www.spaceweather.com/archive.php?view=1&day=23&Pretty sure this is the same thing the Russian Astronomers saw...It is a "mini" Aurora Borealis that can form around any type of strongly electromagnetic field...especially with high levels of UV radiation.During that time there was also several Earth-Sun magnetic fields...It could be a cloaked orbiting satellite/space station that bends light...which under a high EMF/UV radiation storm would create a similar type effect...Either case, the glow is the UV radiation from the Solar activity... why it is glowing in that spot... most definitely willing to debate...
