John Roberts asked Dr. Jack Kevorkian if he would still be willing to help terminally ill patients end their lives. "Not now," he said. "it wouldn't serve any purpose." Though he said he had "no regrets" on his career as "Dr. Death." "It's my duty," he said.
He also said that life in prison was "boring" and complained about how "a lot of people snore in prison."
As far as the Michael Jackson case, he said he didn't know all of the facts, but he said Dr. Conrad Murray was "trying to conform to the patient's wishes. That's what a good doctor should do." "As long as it's in conformity with regular medical ethics," he had no problem with what Murray did on the day Jackson died. Kevorkian also hinted the King of Pop might have been on a "suicide campaign" of his own.
