Description:
There was clouds & overcast and the UFO was below them. The planes finally let up (reference encounter #188) and the UFO is above the building. There were two days of clear skies and nothing appeared, except planes. Was interesting because the planes were keeping the UFO from getting close and this proved to be right. Enjoy.
