Here is the Film taken in a hanger at the Local Roswell Military Base in 1947. If you watch very closely you can see the alien on the stretcher still moving.

Because the people originally handling this was going and started to disclose the truth. Then the "higher ups" caught wind of it. They just forgot to destroy this in the scuffle. That's why the film is messed up. Cause the film was actually installed wrong because the "Camera Man" was so shocked/excited/scared. This is really the only physical proof besides the crash parts and bodies themselves.

I'm only skeptic of this because its supposed to be a big millitary conspiracy, so why would they let someone videotape it? It doesn't seem like he was trying to hide him/herself
