witness statement:For10 minutes 2 small bright lights were moving with sharp turns and descending toward suburban houses where they would seem to stay for a minute or so before rising and right angle moving to the next area to descend again. I got the very last one we could see as it moved about before descending.
They seemed to slowly change from a red or orange to a blue green
