Some are claiming it is an RC aircraft. Well, i once owned one and they don't perform like that; in fact, they are prone to the same physical laws as conventional aircraft. RC helicopters can do neat tricks, but they still have a stop start motion. Also, if they were RC craft you would see a rotary pattern emanating from them.
