I have not seen your lists of praise for the US but if it is true, thank you for that! I like this site for all of the unique debate and opinions but it seems as if there are often many who agree with our enemies that America is the great Satan. Although we have our flaws and have made mistakes in the past we truly are an exceptional country!

The link did not seem to be good, but I would consider two of our major failures as a nation to be the fact that we allowed slavery to exist in some of the states for the first 80 or so years. The other would be our treatment of the American Indians especially during the first 100 years os so of our country.
