It really sucks that our fish are that contaminated. My family and I have been aware of the problem for several years now....Sad thing is...no one is doing anything about it.
I live in central Kentucky, 40422...Herrington lake is a man made lake nearby...since it's construction, folks have been building houses all around it (of course)...many of the older homes built there have no sewer system or septic system...their pipes drain strait into the lake... DISGUSTING!!! One can take a boat ride and at certain parts of the lake, where the palisade walls (limestone cliffs) are high, and see the tip of the pipes and the brown/yellow stains running down the rock face all the way to the water....It is completely messed up!! Not to mention the fact that I know several people in the area that eat fish they catch from this lake on a regular basis...No telling how poisoned those waters are....and people still swim in it and eat fish caught from it..!!! Makes me wanna puke just thinking about it!!!!....I'd rather eat my dog's shit!!! At least I know what she has eaten and where she has been...!!!!!

No wonder why the U.S. is going to hell in a hand basket.... :bang;

I'm telling you DrJ....they don't care if we know at this point....it seems we are arriving at the point of no return but yet the illusion still holds strong in peoples minds that all will pan out without any common folk effort.....poison all around.

I think they should put a ban on Lawn fertilizer.
