The term used is LEGALESE language and everyone should know what it means when dealing with police in the uk etc.

Police officer statement: "Do you understand" = Means: will you comply to the non legal way in which I will address you, and strip you of your citizens rights under new police rules.
( Loose translation)

Check it out folks. These are things you need to know.

whenever a police orificer or a jugde says to you... "do u understand ?"... if you answer... "yes"... then your agreeing to give away YOUR LAWFUL RIGHTS as a HUMAN BEING... you agree to STANDUNDER whatever was just said to you prior to being asked.... "do you understand ?".... you give your CONSENT to be held accountable (for whatever reason)... under the rules and regulations of the LEGAL SYSTEM... by saying... "yes i understand"... you agree to represent your STRAWMAN (your birth certificate's ficticious corperation / enitiy)... and by doing so you agree to be their bitch and to give them lotsa money and / or to goto jail

if you say... "no... i dont understand"... it then means nothing of whats been said applies to you THE HUMAN... you can have fun with this cos most police dont know about double meanings and will keep repeating themselves cos they think your stupid or sommink... when they get pissed off repeating tnemselves and start to get angry... just say... "i comprehend exactly what you are saying... and i dont understand it... i dont give my consent to standunder what you just said"

fancy being payed to uphold the law and not grasping what the words mean... by doing that you turn the table of power in your favour... they loose all power and authourity in the situation :)

a good example is if you get pulled for speeding in the uk...

theyll ask... "is this your VEHICLE ?"... you must reply... "its not a VEHICLE... its my PRIVATE CONVEYANCE".... (if you agree its a VEHICLE then your accepting one the dvla's terms theyve use to LEGALLY describe a car... therefore you agree to represent the person.... ITS A TRICK QUESTION... only your already 1 step ahead of them :D )

they might then ask if you are the DRIVER of the private conveyence... if they do you must say... "no.. i wasnt DRIVING my PRIVATE CONVEYANCE... i was TRAVELLING in it"... (if you agree that you were DRIVING then your accepting one the dvla's terms theyve use to LEGALLY describe how a VEHICLE is operated... therefore you agree to represent the person.... ITS A TRICK QUESTION)

theyll then ask for your NAME... dont give em it... cos you dont have 1... when asked tell them that... "i dont have a NAME... however, all my friends call me.... huge... and im of the... 1234 family... you can call me... huge"... (if you give them your NAME... you are agreeing to represent the PERSON... only your PERSON has a NAME.... ITS A TRICK QUESTION)

then smile and immediately ask... "why did you pull me over ?"... (you must ask this before they get chance to ask your for your ADDRESS... whatever you do... dont give you address or they will get JOINDER.... ITS A TRICK QUESTION... if they get JOINDER then 3 points and a hefty fine is already as good as yours... even if they ask your address... ask them why you were stopped... THEY HAVE A DUTY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS... always deflect their questions by asking them a question... just like they do on eastenders)

they tell you that you were speeding... and just after that they tell you what secton of the ROAD TRAFFIC ACT that you committed an offence under... they will ask if u UNDERSTAND what he just said.... you MUST always say... "no.. sorry i DONT UNDERSTAND".... (if you say yes you understand... then your agreeing to represent the PERSON and your also agreeing to be BOUND by his words.... ITS A TRICK QUESTION)

theyll repeat it a few times... then u say... "excuse me... the ROAD TRAFFIC ACT... isnt that a STATUTE ?"... theyll reply that it is... then you go ahead and ask them what the word... ACT... means... and watch him squirm :D (see below for definition)...

as long as you havent already given your NAME (linking you to the PERSON)... you can then say "STATUTES do NOT apply to me... a spiritual human being... they only apply to a PERSON which is a FICTITIOUS ENTITY... besides... STATUTES are CONTRACTS... and i know that CONTRACTS require the CONSENT of all named parties for it to become legally binding... and im refusing to GIVE you my CONSENT"...

theyll probably look either confused or really pissed off... either way youve won as long as you REFUSE to sign his paperwork... your home and dry... (which you are entitled to do bcos that is a CONTRACT too)... if they give you any more grief tell them to radio in and tell them what you just said about not giving your CONSENT to be GOVERNED by any STATUTES bcos your not a PERSON.

if you piss them off real bad and they arrest you... you must say... "im a peaceful man... ill not resist your arrest... however... id like you to know that i am being ARRESTED UNDER PROTEST AND DURESS"... remember to tell the CUSTARDY seargent this too... and mention it a coupler times in your interview if it goes that far... and... DONT SIGN ANYTHING... NOT EVEN YOUR RELEASE FORMS IF YOU CAN HELP IT... ITS A TRICK... they can only keep you 72 hrs without charge... without your NAME and ADDRESS to give them JOINDER... they cant press any charges... if you have to sign cos your a wimp... sign your name like this....

huge:1234... and just below that write... signed under protest and duress

or if you have a middle name or 2

huge-big-balls:1234... and just below that write... signed under protest and duress

to find out what... UNDER PROTEST AND DURESS... means and how it can help you... your gonna have to do that research for yourself or ill be here all night :)

here a selection of words that have double meanings in the legal world....

UNDERSTANDING............. (blacks law 2nd ed)

In the law of con tracts. This is a loose and ambiguous term, unless it be accompanied by some expres sion to show that it constituted a meeting of the minds of parties upon something re specting which they intended to be bound. Camp v. Waring, 25 Conn. 529. But it may denote an informal agreement, or a concur rence as to its terms. See Barkow v. Sang er, 47 Wis. 507, 3 N. W. 16.

UNDERSTANDING............ (legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com)

A general term referring to an agreement, either express or implied, written or oral.

The term understanding is an ambiguous one; in order to determine whether a particular understanding would constitute a contract that is legally binding on the parties involved, the circumstances must be examined to discover whether a meeting of the minds and an intent to be bound occurred.

UNDERSTOOD.......... (blacks law 2nd ed)

The phrase "it is un derstood," when employed as a word of con tract in a written agreement, has the same force as the words "it is agreed." Higgin- son v. Weld, 14 Gray (Mass.) 165.

STAND.............. (blacks law 2nd ed)

To abide; to submit to; as "to attand a trial." To remain as a thing is; to remain in force.
Pleadings demurred to and held good are al lowed to stand.
To appear in court

TO STAND........... (bouviers law)

To abide by a thing; to submit to a decision; to comply with an agreement; to have validity, as the judgment must stand.

PERSON.............. (blacks law 2nd ed)

A man considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which the place he holds entitles him, and the duties which it imposes. 1 Bouv. Inst. no. 137.

A human being considered as capable of having rights and of being charged with du ties; while a "thing11 is the object over which rights may be exercised.

—Artificial persons. Such as are created and devised by law for the purposes of society and government, called "corporations" or "bodies politic."

—Natural persons. Such as are formed by nature, as distinguished from artifi cial persons, or corporations.—Private per son. An individual who is not the incumbent of an office.

PERSON........... (bouviers law)

This word is applied to men, women and children, who are called natural persons. In law, man and person are not exactly synonymous terms. Any human being is a man, whether he be a member of society or not, whatever may be the rank he holds, or whatever may be his age, sex, &c. A person is a man considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which the place he holds entitles him, and the duties which it imposes. 1 Bouv. Inst. n. 137.

2. It is also used to denote a corporation which is an artificial person. 1 Bl. Com. 123; 4 Bing. 669; C. 33 Eng. C. L R. 488; Woodes. Lect. 116; Bac. Us. 57; 1 Mod. 164.

3. But when the word "Persons" is spoken of in legislative acts, natural persons will be intended, unless something appear in the context to show that it applies to artificial persons. 1 Scam. R. 178.

4. Natural persons are divided into males, or men; and females or women. Men are capable of all kinds of engagements and functions, unless by reasons applying to particular individuals. Women cannot be appointed to any public office, nor perform any civil functions, except those which the law specially declares them capable of exercising. Civ. Code of Louis. art. 25.

5. They are also sometimes divided into free persons and slaves. Freemen are those who have preserved their natural liberty, that is to say, who have the right of doing what is not forbidden by the law. A slave is one who is in the power of a master to whom he belongs. Slaves are sometimes ranked not with persons but things. But sometimes they are considered as persons for example, a negro is in contemplation of law a person, so as to be capable of committing a riot in conjunction with white men. 1 Bay, 358. Vide Man.

6. Persons are also divided into citizens, (q.v.) and aliens, (q.v.) when viewed with regard to their political rights. When they are considered in relation to their civil rights, they are living or civilly dead; vide Civil Death; outlaws; and infamous persons.

7. Persons are divided into legitimates and bastards, when examined as to their rights by birth.

PERSON.......... (legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com)

In general usage, a human being; by statute, however, the term can include firms, labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in Bankruptcy, or receivers.

A corporation is a "person" for purposes of the constitutional guarantees of equal protection of laws and Due Process of Law.

Foreign governments otherwise eligible to sue in United States courts are "persons" entitled to institute a suit for treble damages for alleged antitrust violations under the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 12 et seq.).

Illegitimate children are "persons" within the meaning of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

The phrase interested person refers to heirs, devisees, children, spouses, creditors, beneficiaries, and any others having a property right in, or a claim against, a trust estate or the estate of a decedent, ward, or protected person. It also refers to personal representatives and to fiduciaries.

person n. 1) a human being. 2) a corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person. Counties and cities can be treated as a person in the same manner as a corporation. However, corporations, counties and cities cannot have the emotions of humans such as malice, and therefore are not liable for punitive damages. (See: party, corporation)

PERSONA....................... (blacks law 2nd ed)

Lat In the civil law. Character, in virtue of which certain rights belong to a man and certain duties are im posed upon him. Thus one man may unite many characters, (persona,) as, for example, the characters of father and son, of master and servant. Mackeld. Rom. Law, § 129.

CORPORATION............ (blacks law 2nd ed)

An artificial person or legal entity created by or under the au thority of the laws of a state or nation, com posed, in some rare instances, of a single per son and his successors, being the incumbents of a particular office, but ordinarily consist ing of an association of numerous individ uals, who subsist as a body politic under a
special denomination, which is regarded in law as having a personality and existence distinct from that of its several members, and which is, by/the same authority, vested with the capacity of continuous succession, irrespective of changes in its membership, either in perpetuity or for a limited term of years, and of acting as a unit or single in dividual in matters relating to the common purpose of the association, within the scope of the powers and authorities conferred up on such bodies by law.

An artificial person or being, endowed by law with the capacity of perpetual succes sion; consisting either of a single individual, (termed a "corporation sole,") or of a collec tion of several Individuals, (which is termed a "corporation aggregate.") 3 Steph. Comm. 166; 1 Bl. Comm. 467, 469.
A corporation is an intellectual body, cre ated by law, composed of individuals united under a common name, the members of which succeed each other, so that the body contin ues always the same, notwithstanding the change of the Individuals who compose it, and which, for certain purposes, is considered a natural person. Civil Code La. art. 427.

ACT........ (blacks law 2nd ed)

In ats most general sense, this noun signifies something done voluntarily by a person; the exercise of an individual's power; an effect produced in the external world by an exercise of the power of a per son objectively, prompted by intention, and proximately caused by a motion of the will. In a more technical sense, it means some thing done voluntarily by a person, and of such a nature that certain legal consequences attach to it. Duncan v. Landis, 106 Fed. 839, 45 C. C. A. 666. Thus a grantor acknowl edges the conveyance to be his "act and deed," the terms being synonymous.
In the civil latw. An act is a writing which states in a legal form that a thing has been said, done, or agreed. Merl. Repert.

In practice. Anything done by a court and reduced to writing; a decree, judgment, resolve, rule, order, or other judicial proceed ing. In Scotch law, the orders and decrees of a court, and in French and German law, all the records and documents in an action, are called "acts."

In legislation. A written law, fprmally ordained or passed by the legislative power of a state, called in England an <'act of par liament," and in the United States an "act of congress," or of the "legislature;" a stat ute.

nplemo'z :)

we could really do with a more modern law dictionary... cos the law society like to change the meaning of words ever so slightly every now and then for some reason... probably to create more confusion so to get more convictions... i think blacks is on the 8th edition now.
