mabey that is why when i prayed for a new car its going take awhile lol.

Maybe it took a six thousand years to do the genesis thing.
Also did not men live close to a thousand years?

Since the term "day" is a relative one, concerning linear time, all it would take for this to be true, would be for god to be on a planet that only revolves on its axis once every thousand years.

Then one day would be equal to a thousand earth years.

And im sure there are planets out there large enough, to do exactly that.
