C2010X was a great learning experience for me

- people will never take for real what is not spoken of on mainstream media
- mainstream media will not inform of immediate half probable global scale threats such as the one we went through (1 - the cost is too great, 2- people cannot do much without causing chaos, 3-if trhe comet didn't get us, the panic will) plus, the media is money driven and fueled by consumer based industries
- most people have been used to easy lifestyle and will not bother to but a few gallons of extra water
- such threats surpass their imagination
- egocentric humans think they are above nature and nothing can destroy us (or cause harm to me )
- even when some people know about the threat, they will rarely informa anyone (even close friends and relatives) due to fear from social embarassement if nothing occurs, this happened to me and I was scorned at...so next time will keep my mouth shut
- with respect to your general call for preparatory action, I am not in full agreement, such attitude is aquiet viral. RNA viruses mutate when stress or changes in environment occur.
- instead of pre-emptive attitude towards natural changes, my call is towards a radical change of lifestyle where we start to live in harmony with nature. Hence, I personally do plan to take steps towards off-the-grid lifestyle (as far as possible)

I'm a bit surprised AND sad that sunspot 1302 did not do what it was supposed to do that was a BIG one, with beta-gamma-delta configuration. NOAA even increase the chances for M-X flares from 40-25% to 50-30% and nothing happened!! When X 1.4 and 1.9 flares occured of september 24-25 that were not earth directed, NOAA forecasted only a 5 to 10% chance of X flare!

meanwhile, the ignorants will use the F word to justify their case and their mental sluggishness.

Heh...

We got plenty of Solar Flare activity coming... I have been building models and looking at the numbers from the past activity...and if we increase the frequency of sunspots as well as the energy/level of solar flares...we could be looking at plenty of X class flares in the next 18 months...

Just had an M1 from 1302...although in about 8-12 hours it will be more of a glancing blow and in 12 to 24 hours it will be assuredly a glancing blow...and anything from that point forward will be just pretty to look at...

Look... we had an estimated X48 level flare happen in 2003... the satellites cut out at a measurement of X17... it was 100% not Earth directed (obviously)... but they do happen and it really is a matter of almost "chance" based on our technology and abilities to predict CMEs.

We can now predict Sunspots pretty accurately...which helps us know what regions to look at...as well we can tell what types of magnetic fields will yield the most explosive blast when they snap due to tension between other magnetic fields...

So...I happen to believe we will see, at a minimum, 1 very high level solar storm between now and July 17th of 2013... more than likely...it will happen sometime between August of 2012 and December of 2012...by July of 2013 we will be working our way into the "solar minimum" as well as moving towards the "minimum minimum"...but that takes like 11,000 years...

The only real thing of "cool factor" here...is that we are all going to see what a "maximum" solar maximum is like... we are, evidently, coming to the peak of the 11,000 year major cycle around the time we hit our 11 year solar maximum cycle... the current speculation on "timelines" (which always bite everyone in the ass) is around 12-21-12...and that is not my crystal or ancient alien spirit telling me this... it is what most of the "solar storm" experts have all come to agree with...

Anyway... even though I could post video after video from people who "know the most" about this stuff...it won't change the fact that most people don't even contemplate/recognize that this is something to just "keep track of" and understand...

Does anyone here know what actions to take (other than standard food/supplies/etc) during a solar storm? Does anyone know how much UV radiation could hit the Earth? Does anyone know how high levels of electromagnetic wave exposure can temporarily disable the human "moral" compass?

The Oct 1st sun diving comet now is believed to have triggered the M class CME we just saw...

Which means... peeps are starting to pick up on the potential for Comet's playing the role of a catalyst that can trigger a series of events, involving collapsing/pinching off of magnetic fields, that will in turn...indeed... invoke a CME...

2010 X1, as far as I know, is either so small/reduced in size that it is almost impossible to find with conventional equipment. The 2 X class flares and I think it was like 17 M class flares unloaded... potentially 10's of trillions of tons of sun plasma traveling upwards of 3-6 million miles per hour...at the comet as it was moving along... (combined total... solar flares can eject hundreds of billions to trillions of tons of matter)

So...what *exactly* happened...well...I couldn't say for 100% sure as I don't have access to the "really cool toys" NASA, the NOAA, and other such organizations have access to...as well I think there was so much hype on the comet...they are probably not even thinking it is worth talking about anymore...

Based on its trajectory, we should have seen it cross LASCO C3's view between the 23rd of September to around the 30th of September...since it didn't even register as a signature on C3's view for that entire time frame... it either completely dissolved during the solar storm (it was invoking) =or= was so depleted of its Hydrogen based molecules (gas, liquid, and solid forms) that its coma was so small...and thin...the light reflected from the coma was not of a high enough level to detect.

LASCO is closer to Earth than 2010 X1's predicted closest distance to the Earth.
2010 X1 was even further than its closest distance to the Earth during the 09-23-11 to 09-30-11 period.
LASCO is pretty much a "Earth to Sun" view...it sort of does a figure 8 "horizontally" and keeps itself between the Earth and Sun.
The LASCO C3 view should have shown some form of moving object (we have seen this recently with the October 1st comet that dove into the sun)...which we didn't...

The only possibility of why is that the comet either doesn't exist any longer or exists...but is more of an "asteroid" composition than "comet" (being the carbon based materials solidified and hydrogen based materials evaporated/burnt up)...

Either case... it is no longer "with us"... at least...in its "best case scenario"...no longer with us as a "comet" in our system...

For anyone interested... the video explains it... 2010 X1 is now fragmented and mostly distributed in a cluster that isn't easily seen (of course it has to be this way).

So, while I think the odds of *anything* happening like the video included discusses...it still shows that there are most definitely... concerns... for Elenin...probably not...for the future...most definitely.
