A picture says a thousand words. When you are posting pics of a person who had to make such a decision, that is almost beyond our belief of being in such a position, and the after effect it has on the family left behind. Real consideration should be given to that family, whether you have good intentions or not, it would be ignorant to not ASK the family of what their feelings on such a pic means to them.
