I liked the part where the frigate the USS JOHN F KENNEDY crushes the white house.. (@2min 18secs)

That's What I was thinking...........lol........It's his revenge!!! And Danny Glover as president.... Roland Emmerich doesn't even believe the 2012 theory's or aliens. And I still cant figure out if the dark star is the cause of all this mess.

the trailer looked awesome...as far as Con.theries go...I just think it Hollywood making a buck, nothing more...perfect media jaunt....a bit of fear, much $$s to be made.

Whatever happens once we hit 2012....will be a new day....I think this is the last big date we have to think the world is going to end and the sky falls on our heads....(think Asterix and Obelix)

Positive vibes, go a long way.....focusing on death destruction and WWIII...I am a little over...

If I have 3 years left - why not make them the best years of your life....stress not what crap is going on , but focus on those you love.

fully agreed, especially with the positive aspect. and even though this movie will ultimately rule, being a fan of action movies and all, i cant help but think of how this will affect peoples mindset towards the whole 2012 thing. I mean, who really know what will happen when the time comes, alot of things point to alot of different things, but the stuff i have read/watched/heard have all been leaning more towards a positive outcome, which is fine with me.

So i talk with other people about this topic, 2012, with people that have never really heard about it, and with those who have, and i share my opinion with them and ask them to check out different websites and such, if they want to.

but with this movie coming out, so many people will probably just shrug off any thought of 2012 because to them it is just a movie, a story made for their entertainment, and might not give any more thought to it, or they will freak out and think its the end of the world (movies and such do that from time to time....) either way it will still open peoples minds, but a lot will have their eyes sewn shut and ignorance will take its course. i will have fun watching this one for free!

I think this movie will plant many seeds in many minds. Every movie I've ever watched that had even the slightest bit of possible truth in it; I investigated. I think we'll see a huge onflux of people joining and lurking about sites like this. More and more people looking for the truth; as certain parts of that movie will just make too much sense to them and they'll HAVE to follow up on it.

Movies hold such power... Gone with the wind was made to help settle relations between the north and the south here in the U.S. after the civil war. I'm sure there are many other examples,thats just the one off the top of my head. When you can successfully implant a theory into a mind amazing things begin to happen; and music, movies, the internet, almost all media holds such power. I look forward to this movie almost as much as I do the new Harry Potter and GI Joe. And thats saying a lot...

Yeah, the end of one of those trailers invites viewers to "google 2012". I'll bet that'll be productive . I guess everbody's gotta start somewhere, but I can't imagine showing people a trailer like that and then telling them to to scurry off to google is a good thing, but wtf do I know, I mean I'm definitley gonna go see it .

Woody Harrelson's got a utube channel going with his character from the movie btw (CharlieFrost2012). I saw this clip like a year ago before I'd heard about the movie. Kinda through me for a loop, wondering why the fuck Woody was narrating this cheezy animation.
