The title is not misleading at all. The Carboniferous human femur fossil actually falsified the theory of evolution. It shows Darwin has no fact (fossil record) to support his theory.
Here is the Carboniferous human fossil, but where was the Carboniferous monkey? None.
Do you suppose humans evolved into monkeys 250 million years later?

"Evolution still happens regardless of any fossils that are found."
What happened to your mind? Imagined evolution happened in your mind.
"To scientists: Fossils found outside of any chain of evolution point to great implications, but do not destroy those existing chains."
There are no existing chains as all links to the chains are missing.

You're speaking under the assumption that evolution tries to prove that humans evolved from apes.
You are wrong to assume this.
Evolution is simply, and only the fact that species mutate and change over time, and fossil records still show this regardless of any bones from any species found.
The two choices we have are something starting from nothing, or something existing infinitely. These are both paradoxes. The existence of everything is therefore a paradox. -daemonfoe

The evolutionary theory itself is evolving all the time. However, no matter how the theory evolves, all the modern biology textbooks retains its core idea of common ancestors, which claims human beings and apes share a common ancestor. The Carboniferous human being appeared 260 million years before the first ape appeared on Earth, thus shattering the myth of a common ancestor between humans and apes.
The Carboniferous human being also preceded the first monkey by at least 250 million years, preceded the first bird by 150 million years, preceded the first rat by 100 million years. Do you suppose human "species mutate and change over time" into rats/monkeys, "and fossil records still show this regardless of any bones from any species found"? Stop kidding.

Time for a literary vocabulary check man.
Read again carefully.
Evolution is not the theory that humans came from apes, nor the other way around. It simply shows small chains of fossils ARE linked together. It does not show that man came from ape.
Claiming that evolution is falsified is wrong.

"Evolution is not the theory that humans came from apes,.."
Why do you keep on misquoting me? I said evolutionists claimed humans and apes share a common ancestor. That claim is printed in all the biology textbooks, but shattered by my Carboniferous human fossil, because that common ancestor of humans and apes did not evolve an ape until 260 million years later than my 300-million-year-old human being. That shows how ridiculous the theory of evolution has been.

Ok, you got me. I misquoted you but the principle is the same. (I actually didn't quote you.)
Evolution is not the theory that humans share a common ancestor with apes. People USE the theory to try to prove that, but that is not what the theory itself is all about.
What is ridiculous are the scientists and religious people trying to prove either creation wrong or evolution wrong, when neither can be proven wrong.
Yes, you can prove that humans don't share a common ancestor with apes, but that does not "falsify evolution".
If you want to be correct on this, then the title of this post and the related article should be "300-million-year-old human fossils falsified the theory that humans and apes share common ancestors".
Let's not sensationalize here. I'm getting quite sick of it.
And FYI: Humans were never linked to apes. Hence the "missing link".

You wouldn't see Evolution in bones or anything physical. It's the DNA that evolves, much like a computer its either a 1 or 0 (on or off). Therefor there will be no evidence in bones proving evolution doesn't exist.
We are Eternal, and this pain is just an Illusion

Evolution not seen in anything physical?
"It's the DNA that evolves,"
Darwin can see DNA evolution into nothing physical?
